1. Acceptance
By using greatlibrary.ai (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be 18 years or older.
2. The Service
The Service generates book-length text from prompts you provide using third-party AI models. Output is produced at your direction and on your behalf.
3. AI-generated content — no warranty
All output is AI-generated, may be inaccurate, fabricated, or offensive, and is provided “AS IS” for educational and entertainment purposes. It is not professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety advice. You are solely responsible for verifying and using it.
4. Acceptable use
You may explore esoteric, occult, taboo, historical, and fictional subjects freely. You may NOT use the Service to seek operational instructions for weapons, explosives, or the synthesis of dangerous drugs, biological, or chemical agents; to create malware or attack real systems; to produce sexual content involving minors; or to solicit methods of self-harm. We screen prompts and may refuse, remove, or report content, and suspend accounts, at our discretion.
5. Your content & the public library
You direct and author the volumes you create and are responsible for them. If you mark a volume public, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute it in the public library and to index it in search engines. Do not create content that infringes others’ rights or defames real people.
6. Copyright & takedown (DMCA)
We respond to valid takedown notices and remove infringing content. Every public volume has a “Report” link. Repeat infringers are terminated. Send notices to our designated agent at z@greatlibrary.ai.
7. Payments, “unlimited,” and refunds
Paid access is a one-time charge. The Library Card is a one-year pass from the day of purchase — one payment, nothing renews on its own; renewing before it ends adds a year to the end. “Unlimited” access is subject to a fair-use limit (currently 15 volumes per day) to keep the Service fast and to prevent abuse and automated resale. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on the Library Card.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or US$100. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use or content.
